Aunque me hubiera gustado estar en primera fila de los desfiles, tuve que conformarme con pasear por Somerset House, hacer unas cuantas fotografías de Street Style y disfrutar con los modelitos de invitadas, bloggers e it girls luciendo sus mejores trapos para la ocasión.
He de reconocer que aquí la moda esta a otro nivel, cosa que me encanta puesto que puedes ponerte cualquier cosa sin parecer extravagante; ahora bien, muchos de los looks (completamente pensados y estudiados) parecían mas propios de una fiesta de disfraces... ¿Se trata simplemente de llamar la atención para acaparar todos los flashes? No acabo de verlo...
Aunque el tiempo no acompañó en absoluto, fue una tarde muy agradable en compañía de Reyes de Sherry Vintage y Laura de Unspeakable Thoughts Unspoken. Lo mejor, ese chocolate calentito!!
Last Saturday I had the opportunity to attend my first Fashion Week in London.
Although I would have loved to be in the front row of the fashion shows I had to content myself with walking around Somerset House, take some Street Style pictures and enjoy the outfits of guests, bloggers and it girls, wearing their best rags for the ocassion.
I must admit that fashion here is to a different level, which I particularly love, as you can wear anything without looking extravagant; however many of the looks (fully designed and studied) looked to be more adequate for a custom party... Is it just about drawing the attention to hog all the flashes? I don´t really get it...
Despite the weather, we had a really nice day with Reyes from Sherry Vintage and Laura from Unspeakable Thoughts Unspoken. That hot chocolate was the best of the day!
